Business Coaching Framework
WHAT IS BUSINESS COACHING?
Business coaching allows you to dive into the challenges you are facing as a business owner and unpack solutions and tactics that you can begin implementing immediately, all with the guidance and accountability of someone who has helped hundreds of business owners and knows what works, what does not and what is worth investing your time and money in.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Business Coaching: Packages consists of 1:1 coaching sessions + one bonus follow-up 45-min call one month after your last coaching session. Each session runs for 90-minutes (1-hour of coaching + 30 minutes of thorough follow-up documentation (with tips, and written guidance) so you can focus 100% in the call (and not be taking notes the whole time!). Calls are made using Zoom and can be recorded if you wish.

Our coaching sessions are always run with James Morris, founder of Morris Motivation. James has over 20 years’ experience working with innovative brands such as Fed Ex, UPS, RR Donnelley, Kroger, Fanimation, CEVA, Ingram Micro, Seagate, Fujitsu, Western Digital and more. His wealth of experience across Operations means you will finish the sessions knowing exactly which areas to focus on to grow your business and, just as important, which to eliminate.
James will bring in Subject Matter Experts to address various business issues and solutions finding.
